what size is the bolt to remove the grab handle on an 06 I know it was a torx on the 02

i bought a 7/32 long socket or whatever it's called. the longer ones...you know... :oops:

I had to grind down the 7/32 I used, so it is now the designated grab handle removal socket.

Just found this thread searching to find the bolt size, thanks for the info :)

Didn't have a 5.5mm socket but found in my collection of R\C stuff a combination X spanner with 5.5mm on 1 end, 7mm on the opposite. Chopped off the other 2 arms for clearance and attach it to a 7mm Allen key, hey presto a dedicated grab handle removal tool :D
