Definitely an electrical problem.

First thing I would do is have the battery tested or replaced. These things can act strangely when the battery is going bad.

Most of the codes seem to point to a problem with the TCM and could be a bad fuse or a bad relay or just low voltage.

The p0299 code is turbo underboost which seems unrelated.

I would post this question in the CRD section to get more replies.
