I want to deactivate the TPMS and program a larger tire size, but stealerships in their supreme uselessness all do not even have the DRB III tool anymore and make excuses like they aren't allowed to do it. I've called some local jeep shops and they seem to think I can find my answers on Amazon with a magic box. I was just looking for someone with the DRB III. Does anyone know of anybody along the Wasatch front in Utah who has one? The other option is to buy one for $$$$, but that will have to wait at least until after I have a new job. The only shame of that is there won't be time to work on the jeep. Such is life. For now I want to see if I can find someone with the tools and the know-how local.

I rented a DRBIII emulator from controllertech.com for $150 for 3 days. I used it to do a pinion reset when I changed to 4:10 gears, tire correction to get my speedometer to show actual speed, and also program an extra key fob.
Pinion reset is only if you changed gears. If you only changed tire size you can do the tire correction for the speedometer. I would do the size correction, drive and check speed with a GPS and then correct as needed. I could not find how to disable the TPMS though.

Was easy to rent and the program matched with a real DRBIII would do.
