I rented a DRBIII emulator from controllertech.com for $150 for 3 days. I used it to do a pinion reset when I changed to 4:10 gears, tire correction to get my speedometer to show actual speed, and also program an extra key fob. Pinion reset is only if you changed gears. If you only changed tire size you can do the tire correction for the speedometer. I would do the size correction, drive and check speed with a GPS and then correct as needed. I could not find how to disable the TPMS though.
Was easy to rent and the program matched with a real DRBIII would do.
