franky, OR, a combo OME (or BDS depending on your weight) with conduit nuts in the clevis, OR/AND top plate spacers from boiler

i'm quite satisfied with my setup, and will probably add a top plate spacer to re-level it

i wish my rear jba2.5 skyjacker coils were stiffer but excluding custom coils, i believe it was the best option for the height i was aiming for with 2 extra top isos

overall i think i spent under 800 bucks, did all the work myself then had it aligned

it was probably 10-15k before i upgraded to the jba 4.5 uca's and had it realigned

level wise, due to weight, i probably would have been better off with the jba4" skyjacker coils with no extra isos but it's level considering
