Get rid of the K&N filter and clean your maf sensor. Use only sensor cleaner.
Bad oxygen sensors can give you bad milage. So can plugged cats.
E-10 and now E-15 gas can account for a 10% drop in milage alone.

Depending on what EPA forces stations in your area to sell in place of real gasoline (if you are in an attainment area) the reformulated garbage can cause a significant decrease in mileage. My 2002 V6 dropped 1.5MPG on chicagoland winter gas (tested by buying gas outside the area; mileage immediately jumped back up for the rest of that tank). My previous Dodge W250 dropped 5-6 MPG on winter gas. As mentioned above, gas diluted with ethanol will also cost you mileage.
