My OME springs did a month of pittsburgh winter, the rest of their life was spent in southern california. They are rusted worse than the ones pictured. In comparison my factory jeep springs did several winters in pittsburgh and looked brand new when i took them out. I like the performance of the OME springs, but the coating is complete garbage. The only set of aftermarket springs ive seen rust like this. im not about to go through the hassle of pulling them out just to repaint.

Mine have been through 2 Wisconsin winters and no rust on any of them. I do wash the off every time I wash the Jeep and I usually washed 2 times a week in the winter or more.
