As of right now, everything seems to be fine.

Here's my story in a nutshell.
I had a tear in my original passenger side Factory inner CV boot. I replaced my Factory CV with a re-manufactured NAPA CV.
At the same time I replaced my Intermediate shaft. It was rusted together with the old CV anyway.
The boots on the NAPA CVs are very thin.
After a little while, the boot on the NAPA CV had developed a tear in it as well. It might have been torn from the installation. I'm not 100% sure. I have a Frankenlift, so it was slightly difficult to reinstall. (even after about 8k miles, the front springs are STIFF.)
That boot was replaced with a Factory Mopar Boot. If you have to replace a boot, ONLY USE MOPAR BOOTS. It is worth the extra money. All the other brands are like a soft nylon. The Mopar boots are a hard rubber.

So far I have no noises from my passenger side CV.

I find it strange some have so many problems when others do not.
I've installed or helped install several NAPA so far, one we may have nicked when we installed who knows.
My right side has been on for over 25000 miles and I have had the lift on and off doing chages / trying new things about 6 times and still good.
The Mopar maybe a little thicker but I see no problems with the NAPA ones :2cents:

How do most of you take the suspension apart for this job? Just unbolt the lower bolt where the clevis meet the lower A-arm? Then slide the shaft out? Or do you have to take the entire strut out like when you do the lift?

You shouldn't have to take out the whole strut. Taking off the clevis should give you the correct space for the CV to slide out.
