Do any you have some pictures or reccomendations of a roof top carrier? I just recently purchased a 2006 Liberty (Good bye Minivan!!) and I'm looking for something with an "off road" feel/look in a carrier. - Rex |

You can get a Jeep Roof Basket...it carries quite a bit...went camping this past weekend with 8 friends and it held a lot of our gear... ![]() |

I have one of these (Thule M.O.A.B.) It's extremely versatile and it's barely noticeable as far as noise goes, even with my sunroof open. |

If you're looking for that off-road look/feel, go for one of the baskets people have already listed, and then get a waterproof roof-bag to strap down inside of it. Everything else is going to look...minivanish... |

yakima load warrior, also they make a weather proof bag that fits inside of it and all yakima stuff fits on it and they also have a stretch net to fit to hold down all your stuff, its a little pricey!! [img][/img] |

Saw a really useful looking roof rack on the Liberator, I think. Anyone know where that came from? |

Going through this at the moment as well. Just bought a ROLA roof basket on Monday, the dimentions were 1180x920x120. I'm not running cross bars to mount it so this one only fits sideways, it look good, but I think I need it a touch longer to be/feel right. I'm heading back on Saturday morning to exchange it for the next size up. I'll mount it & take a some picys for you guys & post in this thread by Sunday night. Stu |

Everything else is going to look...minivanish... That is what I did.. But unlike others.. mine is mounted on factory cross rails to give it more support... I want to get a bag.. but I don't know what I want yet... Looking at either the Thule one or the ROLA... Ben |
