did this website have to contact volcano records for permission to use the intro music by the band tool on lostkjs.com ? im wanting to use a clip of music on a website im trying to get up and running, wanted to know how that worked. not sure who could answer this one!

Hey there, Go ahead and use the music clip you want to use. If/When you get C&D order to stop playing the clip, then take it off and use a different clip from a different band. Also, some bands (like Tool) are very lax about this sort of thing. |
