Does anybody know if Rusty's has an email address (not just website)and what it is? I need to ask how much the lift will cost without the shocks and/or if they are using the rancho's that All J has the shocks that have the proper bushings & length for the lifted KJ Liberty,Rancho RSX 17004.

I would call but thier hours just don't coincide with mine I am in class all during the hours that they are open or don't have computer access when I have breaks.
Thanks for any help that is given.

I talked to Rusty's yesterday, and I told him about the trouble some people were having with his shocks loosening up and using wasrs for spacers. He said that was because people were not tightening them up correctly. What I would do if you want the Rusty's lift is order the front and rear spings at $129.00 a pair, and then order all the Rancho stuff from All-J. I hope that I have helpd you! :D

Did he say how we are supposed to tighten them correctly?

I had my Rusty's lift put on at the dealer. I asked them when I should bring it back to have the torque checked on all the bolts and they told me they used an impact wrench. They said I wouldn't need anything retorqued. It's been on for about 5 months now and I've had no noises or any indication that the shocks might be loose. They also mounted up my MT/R's at the same time and used the same impact wrench apparently. When I tried to change a tire, I nearly broke my lug wrench and still couldn't loosen the lugs. Impact wrench may be the way to go instead of a regular torque wrench.

I would rather use locktite and the correct tourqe setting, than overtighten something with an impact.

No Hoss, I did not ask him why he did not use shocks hat fit right. When I mentioned to him that I had spoke to people who had the lift, he seemed like he might have gotton offended. I did not waste my time with him. I called Quinn and ordered the OME HD with Ranchos all around.

You know, if I had to do it over I would have gone with All J frankenlift. The only reason I didn't get the frankenlift was because I thought it was a special favour, we-will-put-this-together-if-you-bug-us-enough item since it was not advertised on the site

ok, well I got out of school early enough to call them today and I ordered the whole kit, should be here on the 17th. :D I talk to one of the tech guys and he said as long as all the parts are used and torqued to the proper settings everything will be fine.

He said he would come onto the site and explain in more detail since he has received a lot of calls in the last couple of days. We will see.

Thanks for all the help.
