Email DC, somebody usually responds in one day. If you are going to email them, make sure you have:

(1) your VIN number
(2) name, phone number
(3) dealer name, dealer phone number
(4) service case number

Every time I email DC, someone always respond in a day or two at most.

with D/C. They say they don't have access to the Distric Managers tele numbers. Sounds strange to me. They told me to call my dealer which I did again this am.
