Just wondering how many of you take your jeep for those "Insepections" at the mileage intervals. Does anyone know exactly what they inspect? Like when they look at the exhaust are they just looking for cracks and breaks? Do you have to take it for those insepections to keep your warranty from getting Voided?

all the service intervals are just a check up just to make sure that nothing is visibly wrong. They do that for two reasons: 1: you just spend x amount on a brand new car and 6000 miles later they notice a bad something or other. The customer is alot happier when a problem is found at the dealership rather than on the side of the road. 2: Warranty work is the staple of the techs workload. If they can find a seal seaping, bushings going bad etc. that's money in thier pockets.
