I think the shop used an impact wrench to put it back together after doing the front half of my lift. The rust holding it together must've gave way. So the new part is like $70 bucks. Not bad. BUT the bolt that tightens it is a different size than the old bolt (for an 03 anyway). If anyone has to order a new clevis be sure they order this bolt too. It is does not come with the arm.

I had a friend helping me with my lift and he cracked the clevis in half overtightening it. I was able to use the old bolt with the new clevis and I have an 03. Maybe they changed it since last fall.
