So what is the most common tire size if you dont want excessive rubbing or trimming the pinch weld?  |

Probably a 245/70/16 for no rubbing or pinch weld bashing I believe...  |

245/75/16 fits with rusty's lift and clears the pinch weld easily but it rubs the front air dam and only during full lock.  |

By the front air dam, you can trim that part correct?  |

Trimming the lower lip on the airdam some is what he was talking of I believe. You don't even notice it if done right. Max flexing requires you need to get more agressive front and back.  |

Even though I have the 255/70/16 I picked the 245's b/c mine rub. I only have a 1.5in lift, if I had a 2" lift they wouldnt rub at all.  |
