Do I still have ability to do Ipod integration with the RB1 radio if I have sirius sat radio? The dealer parts dept. had told me I could not get a cd changer because I have sat radio srvc and nav radio. Did not seem to make much sense. Thus before I got Ipod integration kit to hook into back of RB1, I figured I'd check here. Don't know what I did with the installation guides for the RB1 radio, that might have answered my question. The dealer also told me that they do not carry any Ipod integration kits nor that Mopar offered any such accessory. I do not see it on the Mopar site, but figured I'd ask if there are any reliable sources or if any of you know of any dealerships that have these and have installed them.

Thanks

And yes, you should still retain full functionality of the radio for all modes.

There's only one auxillary input on the RB1 so you'll probably need a multiplex splitter. The splitter will automatically switch between the two auxillary devices you have connected to it based on the mode you've selected on the head unit. I had to install one with the RB4 in order to have both Sirius and UConnect. You can get it from Chrysler; I'm pretty sure it's P/N 5066202AC Check out this diagram and just replace "CD Changer" with "iPod" http://www.wjjeeps.com/sirius/sirius_diag.jpg There's more in depth information of the WJ Grand Cherokee site: http://www.wjjeeps.com/sirius/sirius.htm
