Post subject:  Rusty's 2.5" Exhaust System

I know this is a new product, but has anyone installed this exhaust yet? I don't like the fact that my muffler sticks out below the skids and rock rails, and I am looking for something that will tuck up above the frame a bit better. I know Jeepin' Al had a custom bent pipe, but i would rather not go that route, if there is something out there. Thanks!

Many of us have FlowMaster mufflers. Mostly in the 40 or 50 style. They are about 1 1/2" thinner than stock and built like tanks. No need to replace the exhaust, it is excellent already.

I had cut my muffler off and had ghetto rigged it. One of the peices fell off and actually ripped all of the exhaust piping from the (I have an 02) last cat all the way back off. I had my Flowmaster 40 series put in with 2.5" inside diameter piping installed and it sounds great. All this was done for a meer $160.00 after tax.

I went with the new Edelbrock design. It's tucked up really tight and not only kicked out more HP and torque, but has a good growl too. I also left the pipes alone.

Do you have a link or part/kit numbers?
