I did a search for 4.10, but I don't think the search engine liked that phrase because it kept coming back with zero matches.

I'm about to lift my liberty (245/75/r16s). I'm thinking about going to 4.10 gears. For the guys who are running them, are you happy with them?

What parts do I need and where is the best place to get them? What can I expect to pay?

I've never replaced gears before. I'm mechanically inclined, but I know there is a lot to setting the lash, etc. Is it something worth trying myself, or am I better off just having a ring and pinion shop throw them in? What should I expect to pay to have a shop install them?

Thanks!
Todd

Have you checked the 4x4 section here? Some good info was posted about 1/3 the way down on the first page.
