I used some throttle body cleaner. I forget the name of the stuff... but any carb or choke cleaner should do. It was interesting. I disconected the hose that goes from the air box to the throttle body, then sprayed the stuff right onto the the body, flicking the butterfly a couple of times. It looked clean... then I proceeded to wipe it down, I took out the rag and this black soot looken stuff came out all over the rag. No terribly obvious improvements in acceleration or anything at the moment. But clean is always better than dirty!!

I then started my car up after and my engine threw a p 0113 code. I forgot to hook up the air intake temp. sensor located on the air intake pipe right infront of the throttle body. oopps.
After hooking everything and disconecting the battery for a few minutes I was ready to roll.
