I just turned over 60,000 miles on my 2002 KJ sport (3.7L). I was looking at my manual, and saw that using schedule B has a lot of maintenance I have not performed.
I do not do a large amount of off roading, and a mix of highway and around town driving. I've had the ball joints replaced (for the second time only a month ago- for the recall, they were in good shape).
I am religious about changing the oil (5-w30) every 3000, and do it myself. I am not comfortable or have a big enough garage to do a lot of the maintenance.
I am thinking of going to my dealership (which has been very good- and reasonable- believe it or not) to have the more involved maintenance done.

Any advice on the following maintenance recommended for 60k miles?

-spark plug replacement
-PCV valve
-Front and rear axle fluids ( I assume they mean differentials)
- Automatic transmission fluid
- drive belt
- transfer case fluid

Thanks in advance for your help.

If youve not done any of that, I would do it or get it done.

I believe thats about all you would need to do though. Check the radiator fluid before winter really hits? 8)

Maybe run some injector cleaner through it?

If you have the means and place to do the oil, you could handle the rest of that work yourself to. It would certainly save you a bundle of $ and give you some real quality time w/ your Jeep. I would definately do the items you listed though. Switch to some good synthetics and extend out your service intervals while you are at it.
