We have a new 06 liberty v6 with 4800 miles. It has developed a small oil leak. It is on the front of the right cylinder head. It is the cylinder head access plug. One of the lower a/c compressor mounting bolts is threaded into it. The oil is not from the plastic oil filler neck. I cleaned the whole area, drips of oil will leak from under the plug when it is running. I would like to know if anybody has had a leak like this?

I dont have the leak but I would think that with only 4800 miles the dealer would be more than happy to fix it just ask and being as new as it is if the service dept. does not make you happy then simply go to the sale mngr. and raise a stink with them it will no doubt get fixed then
