What brand (kind) of roof-top tent is that you have pictured in the blog? Is it easy to use? Can the roof handle the load? |

Clint has used it on many trips and no problems I am aware of. He can have it set up or down in minutes. IIRC it is a Hannibal brand. |

This is not a Hannibal. The Hannibals cost a lot more than this one. There area all kinds of tenst like this and i picked this up from Mario at Adventure Trailers. Drop into his website and then give him a call. he has all kinds of cool stuff...but give him a call , a lot of stuff is not listed on the website.

Yea I love this thing. It sets up in like 2 minutes and closed down in like 3 minutes. I have used this thing a lot and has been many places. The longest I have every stayed in on a trip is 2 weeks. Then I have also done 2 10 day runs in Moab along with a bunch of other trips. Later...Clint |

Nice part of that tent is that you can just leave your sleeping bag in the tent when you wake up and fold the tent down...off you go for the day. When you get back to camp...pop the then up and your ready to climb in. I camped next to Clint at Camp Jeep...By the time Clint had his tent up and bag in place I had just got the tent out of the KJ and onto the ground. What a difference in set up/take down time ! Get it from Mario...you'll get the best deal from him |
