Like a dumb stupid I stripped the nut on the upper ball joint, long story.......the spindle threads are still good though, there is no need to purchase a new control arm. I think the nut is either 9/16" or metric 14 fine thread.

1) Are metric nuts grade 8?
2) Where can I find a metric 14 lock nut

haha, I did that once..

The dealership near me had some on hand, so I bought a couple.. you could give that a try and hope for the best.. When I first called them, they said I had to order the entire arm just for the nut..
