Post subject:  2008 TRAIL RATED???
Is the 2008 Liberty trail rated? www.jeep.com has the new 08 Liberty now featured but it doesn’t say anything about it being trail rated or does it show the badge on the pictured model. Yikes! :shock:

If you go to the homepage and click on the new Jeep Liberty at the bottom right it will open a page where you can then click on a gallery at the bottom left. There you will see exterior and interior shots showing you the trail rated badge and the electronic switch for the transfer case.

While they are still testing the Jeeps with transfer cases and Low range to be trail rated they seem to have backed off some on the major maketing scam...oops plan that was Trail Rated.

Thanks,……………..I was starting to get worried. I thought the KK was going to kill the Liberty name. A few years ago you always new what you were getting when you bought a Jeep. Now these days you have to be cautious. I can’t wait until Daimler leaves the Jeep scene. It will still be interesting to see what the end result will be for the KK and it’s off road characteristics.

If the patriot can have a trail rated badge, I see no reason the kk can't buy one, rent one, lease one, however they get them now days.
