Post subject:  Back after over a year with a couple of questions

I am back after probably a year or so of not being on the board. kj is pretty good but shes got a couple of problems that I wish somebody can help me with:
1. the AC or heater doesnt blow any air when set in 1 or 2 being idle. its fine when set to 3 or 4. set in 1 or 2 going down the highway, air comes out of it therefore its only problematic when the car is idle and the setting is on 1 or 2. I think the preoblem is the AC fan. let me know if you think differently
2. a while ago I was at the dealership getting the car appraised and was told that the swaybar is bad. what are the symptoms of a bad sway bar and how much should it cost me to replace it and how can i tell its bad?

Thanks a lot in advance

probably just bushings in the swaybar linkage arms (not sure what they're really called) Cost shouldn't be more than $200 for the parts, guessing. Labor is anyone's guess, though.

Here's a thought, though. take the swaybar off (six 18mm nuts) and take it back in for the same appraisal and see what they say. Who's resposible for a rollover in that case, though? ehh, maybe you shouldn't.

how do you tell if your swaybar bushing are toast. Does it knock on certain bumps or how do you tell.
