FYI, some dealers may try to tell you that your fuel filter is located inside the fuel tank. I just changed mine, using the service manual for reference, and it mounts to one bolt above the front & center of the tank. It's very tight, but the service manual gives good direction on the procedure. It took me about 3 hours, a dealer mechanic should take no longer than this (probably closer to 2 hrs). This was one of several lessons learned during my 100k services. grant |

Thanks for the info, it is always good to keep these tips in the back of my mind. Plus it is nice to know it is here when we need it. How is you Lib doing at 100K? Just wondering... ~Bethany |
