It was the U joints. I have 36140 miles on it and the dealer said they would honor my warranty. The only bad thing is my Jeep has to stay overnight tonight because the parts will be in tommorrow.  At least it will get fixed and I don't have to hear that noise!!!!

cheap bums didn't cover my ujoints under warranty....."extreme angles".....grumble grumble |

Didn't cover my tranny either..."36,000 is 36,000 nothing more, sir. Good for you though...might actually be a dealer you can trust.....at least trust a little bit. |

Yeah, I'll hook them up with some free munchies tomorrow when I pick it up. I don't trust them entirely but as long as they are honest and work with me. Not heard of to many ujoints going bad yet.. Hope its not a new thing.. The tranny would be covered under the 7yr/70k warranty. |

Just replaced my U-joints at 24,500 mi., the rear was dry and the front was almost there. |
