So Im prob going to do this tomorrow AM. Only thing is, I have factory fog lights. I really dont care if I cut them out because I would like to relocate them on the bumper somewhere anyways. My question is this, do I have to remove the wheel liner to get the windshield washer bottle out?

why are you doing this?
are you running bigger than 245/75's?
I did some fancy melting and got no rub with 245/75's I moved nothing but the wireing for the fogs and that was to get it out of the heat

Im doing it because I like the way it looks on others that have done it here. I do get a little rub at full lock. I did all the cutting and bottle removal yesterday. All I need now is the replacement bottle that will fit in the engine compartment. The one at Auto Zone seemed too big to fit in the passenger side. Anyone have any suggestions? Ill post some pics today or tomorrow of how the bumper came out!

The replacement bottle from Auto Zone is actually a Universal 2.5qt. coolant recovery bottle with a wire holder.
Is this what you were looking at?
It fit fine on my 04, just had to add about 15" of electrical wire, the hose was good to go, and just drilled the 2 holes for the pump and sensor and pluged the overflow with rtv and a screw.

Since your flares and lower panel are black, I think a black front bumper fascia would look better. Most likely same for the rear bumper fascia.

The flares and doors are Herculined. It wasnt too hard to do, just clean and scuff more than you think you should and youll be fine. I have been thinking of doing the bumpers too. Ill prob do them in a few weeks I suppose when I get the itch again.... thanks for the comments.

I used just about two of the smaller $30 cans. I actually just checked to see if i could touch up some spots and the remains of the 2nd can were dry.
