I will say it doesn't matter if it's Model I or #II :o
I just purchased a series I from amother L.O.S.T. member who had just got a series II for his birthday I am happy with the series I the only difference is the II is a little smaller and have different color screen options. I t just doesn't matter what ever series you get you will be happy with it in the long run . Yes it's a toy, but it's a Big Boy Toy.
Get either one you will love it.

LEAD :D FOLLOWor GET OUT of THE WAY   8) :-)r :-)r :-)r

I thought OBDII was the only one that worked on the KJ.

Rush is talking about the brand ScanGauge which had a model ScanGaugeI and now ships the ScanGaugeII which is smaller and more feature rich. This product is an OBDII and is ideal for those that wish to use the unit connected all of the time rather than as a mechanics diagnostic tool. Find it here: http://www.scangauge.com/

Many CRD owners have them as for some strange reason many seem to have a strange problem with the CEL remaining lit.
