I'm going off to college next week and was thinking an alarm would be a good investment, because i won't be able to watch my car every second of the day like i do now . anyways, for those of you that have the evs I, how do you like it and is it worth the money? and if its not worth the money whats a good alarm that will work with my keyless entry?

Personally, i would say go with an Aftermarkey alarm/remote starter. (something like a phython or viper) and get a 2way version.

They have units that are usable up to 1 miles from your vehicle, should work on the campus then, the 2-way function would page you on the remote if your cars alarm was going off.
