Post subject:  Seafoam question...

I added a pint to the gas tank, I added half of a pint to the crankcase, how do I go about sucking seafoam through a vacuum line? Are those hoses coming off of the blackbox thingy on top of the throttle body vacuum lines?

Thanks,
Bill

The vacuum line going to your brake booster is usually the easiest to get too on most vehicles..not sure about a "gas" powered KJ, but this line is usually the most robust and less likely to break if you are messing around with an older vehicle.

Be prepared for someone to call the fire department.....

Thanks... I sucked it in using that line. Now I wait 5 minutes then start the beast back up. I have one of those neighbors that everyone hates so this should be interesting... I'll stay out front with the truck incase the fire department comes so I can stop them from "putting out" my truck.

I didn't get nearly as much smoke as I expected... The instructions say to use 1/3 pint but I used 1/2 pint (other 1/2 was used for the crankcase).

What does that mean?
