I've searched, but can't find the answer! How do you remove the fog light bulbs on an 05+ libby? I can't see the socket and have fiddled around with it, but can't get em out!

quick thing to try ...

I just put a detours backbone on ... I didn't look at the fogs, but the grill is uber easy to get off ...

just pop the hood, then pry ( gently) the tabs along the top of the grill .. then lift the grill up and off.

this should give you a little more working room in there with your hands.

no dont do that!

reach back behind the light to where the wires come out, theres a little ring around the back side, turn it one way until it clicks free (does not take much effort) , if it doesnt go that way spin the other way

pull locking ring back a tiny bit, and now the bulb is free to come out

the bulb kind of sits in place in the lens, and then the locking thing holds it from coming out

OK, I haven't taken the front off yet. I have changed the headlight bulbs out and they are just as you describe. Loosen the ring and they come right out. However, since I can't see the fog light bulb I have to feel around the socket and it seems like a different set up. I don't feel a ring to turn. Are you confident that the fog bulbs come out the same way as the headlights?

ah crap, thats the headlights i got confused

the fog lights have a metal retaining clip you should be able to feel where you can "flick" it back to unlock the bulb

after that you twist the whole socket of the bulb connector and it will come out

to install line it up and get it in the grooves and then flick the metal latch over
