I know it has and can be done. I want to tint my OEM amber turning signals. Where do you buy the paint to do this? Any steps extra steps that need to be taken other than sanding? |

pictures please? I don't really like black tinted shades, as KJ signals are already not visible enough on heavy traffic.. I would love red ones, though. |

oh, I saw that, I should have mentioned that I was talking about the rear lenses. red ones up front wouldn't look so good, but they would look great on the rear lenses. btw, they look nice. |

red ones up front would almost surely get you a ticket. whatever you do, make sure you're legal or you're asking for a hassle |

Yep, I am sure of that also. I just want something ALL RED in the back. I thought about getting euro tail lights and candy coating them. But candy coat is almost always dull and faded. |

The Euro spec taillights are the same as the NA spec taillights. |

Correct candy is never dull looking, the do it yourself jobs always are I remember the instructions you posted, if we want the sharp red color result, it requires numerous sand-paper repeats. I guess at the end you would also have to finish with another set of clear coat to get it shine properly. |
