I know it has and can be done. I want to tint my OEM amber turning signals. Where do you buy the paint to do this? Any steps extra steps that need to be taken other than sanding?

I didnt really sand just cleaned really well! Paint is available from Jegs I know but maybe also most parts stores. Doesnt take very much to do them all front and rear!

pictures please?

I don't really like black tinted shades, as KJ signals are already not visible enough on heavy traffic.. I would love red ones, though.

oh, I saw that, I should have mentioned that I was talking about the rear lenses.
red ones up front wouldn't look so good, but they would look great on the rear lenses.

btw, they look nice.

red ones up front would almost surely get you a ticket. whatever you do, make sure you're legal or you're asking for a hassle

Yep, I am sure of that also.
I just want something ALL RED in the back. I thought about getting euro tail lights and candy coating them. But candy coat is almost always dull and faded.

The Euro spec taillights are the same as the NA spec taillights.

I remember the instructions you posted, if we want the sharp red color result, it requires numerous sand-paper repeats. I guess at the end you would also have to finish with another set of clear coat to get it shine properly.
