I know there was a write up somewhere where you could run both at the same time, does anyone remember where it was.

I did search and got nothing.

You can hold your brights and have both but once it is locked on bright the fogs go away. unless they do things differently by you.

I believe the foreign models can have both hi-beams and the fog lights on at the same time.

Works fine on 05, been done on mine for 6 months or more.
On the 05 the wire from multi function switch is wht/or and is connected to pin 2 of connector C1. The relay comes out easily with a pair of long nose pliers.

Apparently the fog light wire from the multifunction switch changes color from year to year. Depending on your model year you'll have to look it up. Its been so long since i did the write up I cant even remember how to do it without looking reading my ownn instructions.
