LOST JEEPS :: View topic - Price for rear door seal

I was just washing my truck and noticed my rear tailgate door seal thingy has a nice gash in it... Since I do wheel this thing pretty often and deep water is always a concern I'd like to replace it... Any idea on cost and where I can get one? Is this dealer only?

I found a lift gate weather strip for $38 but that might not be what you need. Do you need the whole rubber part that goes around the whole back gate?

Try putting in part# 55176958AA,it will come up for '02-'03,still don't understand what's the difference since 55176958AG is just a updated # for 55176958AA.

Thanks for the responses guys... I don't need the seal(s) that are actually on the swing gate, I need the big one that is located on the truck itself that seals both the glass and the door when it's closed... I hope i'm explaining it right... When I went to worldpartsexpress and searched for 55176958AG, It said 2004+. Is that ok?

If your talking about the rubber seal that goes on the top of the swing gate inwhich the bottom of the rear glass seals on it's $48.42(part# 55360065AB) or the whole rear rubber seal is $52.08(part# 55176958AG) from worldpartsexpress.com.

That's odd,they list the same part# for the '02-'03 and the '04-'07's but 2 different prices for the '02-'03 and the '04-'07,wonder why?I just looked at the part#'s for both a '02 and a '06 and the part#'s where the same,the last letter is "A" for the '02 and "G" for the '06,but that is just a updated # is all,the rest are identical.
