Rear Defrost/electrical question....

So with all this wonderful rain the NE has been getting slammed with I turned on the rear defroster. I heard this click on my left side of my dash. I figured it was a relay in the fuse panel, my Cerokee never did this though. My KJ is an 03, does everyone else deal with this normally or could the relay be going? :?:
