it should say on a sticker afixed to the top of the grille.

I know mine is .35 to .45 on my 03 Sport
Depends on the plugs that you use.
I use good ol champs. I find they work better. Bosch are another good plug that I use.

With AC plugs, you should be good with a .35 gap
I am sure others will say .30 or so. but .35 is a good gap for the ac plug

Look under your hood,on the top raditor support there should be a emissions sticker,it will have the proper plug gap for your year KJ.Per my emission sticker my '02 KJ requires 0.042 plug gap.

Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice it when I did my plugs last week. My 03 says .040. I set them at .044, does that make a big difference? The plugs I took out (I had the dealership change them last time) were all set at .050 except one, which was at .055.
