Some Oil on radiator, and low steering fluid

I was just taking pictures to post in the "antifreeze" topic, and noticed these:

What is this oily leak that's coming out of that bolt?

and

very low steering fluid:

What kind of fluid do I have to buy to top that steering fluid to at least Min Cold.

I noticed in the other thread that your coolant reservoir is low, and I was going to ask why. That leak could be the culprit. Take a swab of it and see if it's pinkish orange. In the 03 service manual it calls for Mopar power steering fluid. It also says do not use ATF, and do not overfill.
