GREAT JOB. Congradulations.
Welcome to the club of furthering your career and moving up in the ranks. I am currently an E-7 hoping to make E-8 on this upcoming board in February.

Congrats dude. If I'm right, that's decent pay raise too. More parts for the KJ?

Thanks gang.

Not to big of a raise due to how early I made it. It will be about 190 more a month versus if I made it at ten years it would be almost 340 a month raise

Anyway, now the bad news JJ...

Leave is in the book, but once I made tech, I promoted myself out of my Job, appearently they only told me I wouldn't to get me to make it and not miss it on purpose. So if I get thrown back to flight (sounds like what the cheif wants to do  , then I can not garauntee it anymore... I hate people that tell you one thing, then it happens and they say "I never said that"
