Make sure it is your rear door. I went though the same problem with our '06. I finally rode in the back with my wife driving and found it wasn't the door , it was the rear seats where they latch to the chrome catches on each side. I just squirt a little WD-40 on there every few weeks and no more squeek. Silicone, WD, or a little white grease will work. May not be the same problem but it's worth checking.

if its a higher pitched noise while going under about 45 is not the door its the rear lift glass. Jeep has a tsb that covers it(they leak) but the ability for it to leak is caused by it not being tight to the seal; which also causes it to squeek really bad. Ive got the same problem and i think im going to try to see if i can get them to fix it for free.

Budweiser had a bad year in 1895, they've made up for it since 1896 though.
