 Post subject: Defrtost and fan speed issue

I noticed today that when I put my defrost on the front windshield, the fan only comes on when on speed 3 and 4. 1 and 2 does nothing.

any one else have this issue?
running an 03 sport

Should take you longer to find the tools than actually swap out the resistor
