Please be patient with us if you have tried to call All J Products in the last few days. We are currently experiencing two problems......... 1. Marcie from our office is in the hospital. Heather left to drive Robbie, her husband and our shop manager, to the ER where they are, and are still there for a few days, 2 hours away from Big Bear. Please keep the Banks family in your prayers tonight, we hope she pulls through. Because of this situation we are on skeleton staff for the rest of the week. We are doing our best to handle all calls and e-mails but it's tough without Heather and Marci here. 2. Verizon has a state wide voicemail issue that has left us without voice mail on all of our phone lines until sometime Thursday. I may have also lost calls that were placed Monday and Tuesday. I am doing my best to get back to all calls and e-mails. If you called this week and we haven't called you back please call back in the next few days and we will help you best we can until our staff is all back in the places. Right now the shop is down to 4 people running everything. We are doing our best in this situation. Thanks for you understanding and support. And please keep us in your prayers. |
