Hi guy's. Today coming home on the hiway ,when i gave it the gas to pick up speed (60 mph to 65/70 mph )the Liberty gave a bad wiggle . then when i let off the fuel to coast to slow down it would give another wiggle. Like the back end was not hooked up to anything .I looked at the springs and shocks/ struts and they look good to me (i'm no teck ) . My 04 Liberty has stock suspention and tires.
Has anybody had this problem or any idiea what it might be so i could take a look at it before i take it to the dealer. Paul

how many kms are on it? if its still stock tires and they are running low on tread i would replace them, the stock tires that come on our kj's are terrible to begin with and only get worse as they lose tread

Just got back fron the dealer. the rear control arms are gone . They are replacing them tomorrow under warrinty. Other than that the Liberty got a clean bill of health. To guys at the shop said it is good to see a Liberty that the owner is not scard to wheel (and by the looks under mine they said it gets wheeled a lot. They told me to keep up the good work and take in pics so they can show others what they cam do.
Most dealers would be tring to void your warrity because you wheel it.

Ha thats what i thought. anyway the warranty runs out in Oct so i will wait to then to give them those pics. I did 2 years ago give the salesman a vid and some pics of me in the Liberty pulling a H2 out of the ditch. They LOVED that.
