X3 on rebalancing the tires.

Replacing the outer tie-rod ends is about a 15 min job,it's real easy.

and make sure to mark the tie rod end before you take it off so u can get in some what back in alignment. super easy though. another tip is to use some PB on it before u try to get it off. also prety cheap if you do need to replace them.

so Peanut Butter will work to make them come off easier? never tried it for that purpose, used it for a lot of other things

yep count the threads before you loosen anything up so you can put it back in about the same place , still need to do an alignment but will get you there. Are you sure you didnt loose a wheel weight?

I had similar woble problem and tried everything mentioned so far. After all that didn't help, I brought to a local shop put on lift and checked eveything on front. Ended up being the bearing(I think that is what it's called) where axle meets axle tube. There was alot of play at this location Replaced bearing and passenger side axle shaft. Inner CV was shot also. I am by no means a mechenic so perhaps someone else can add or correct. I also have had a Frankenlift or about 40,000 miles.
Good Luck

Just checked my old parts, It was the splines on the inner drive axle as well as bearing. Had inner drive axle bearing and CV drive axle replaced. There was alot of play if you grabbed the inner CV joint housing and moved it around. Passenger side for me.
