OK. Here it goes: WHERE is the computer located? I want to get a B&G flash, but would like to do it to a spare. I've looked behind the passenger side kick panel, with no success. Behind the driver's side kick panel, is what looks like a possible computer, but it's very 'small'.

I would like to get the part#, so I can look for a spare, and the # on the suspect part is 56010622AD. Is this the right part?

Thanks

There are no dumb questions, only dumb people...sorry couldn't resist.

The power control module (PCM) is located in the engine compartment near the battery. It's toward the firewall on the inside of the quarter panel. If you get a spare off of eBay or a junkyard or where ever, you'll have to take it to the dealer first to get it reprogrammed with your VIN number before sending it to B & G.

the computer is located under your desk next to your printer. You can find it pretty easy it usally has a green or a blue light when it is on.

Just busting chops.

Tough Crowd, here! :-)r

A: D'oh! I'm used to ECM modules, located under the kicker panels.
B: Actually, my computer usually resides on my lap, when I'm home. 8)
C: Thanks, guys. I would of probably stripped the innards out under the dashboard, looking for the darn thing........
