I just came across this, and thought fellow Canadian KJ's might be interested. I'm not sure if it applies to the US as well. I called DaimlerChrysler customer service about a potential recall item on my new Liberty (the transmission recall in the news), while I was on hold ![]() ![]() ![]() You'll need your VIN or Customer Number, and a reason to call (like checking if there are any outstanding recalls on your VIN). Call 1-800-465-2001 press 0 to speak to customer service manager while waiting for a CSM the message regarding the offer is played Hope someone else can take advantage of this as well. Cory |

Free Oil Change* To qualify, just come in and test drive the 2006 Jeep Commander Oil change Up to 5 quarts of oil** Filter change -"We want to show you how much we appreciate you as our valued customer!" and just maybe you'll buy a new Commander! Quote: $50 coupon for Mopar accessories by simply asking a customer service manager.
I've seen a similar coupon in the Jeep magazine here in the US. It's something like $20 off any order over $100 or something like that..... |

I received the coupon. The good news is that it is $50.00 off your purchase of Mopar accessories. No minimum purchase:-) That bad news is that they stuffed someone else's coupon into the envelope addressed to me. I called Customer service and they said they will re-issue the coupons.. |

Already ordered my gas tank skid... Must be just for Canada - I called to change my address for Jeep magazine and asked about it while I was on the phone. (there were no ads on hold, and I wasn't on hold for long at all). The woman on the other end had no idea what I was talking about and said I'd have to ask at the dealer. Bummer, cuz I've been looking for an excuse to get a mopar cargo tray, and $50 off is a good reason (since there's noplace online selling them for less than $70 or so) |
