Today I pull into the driveway and I see a long streak of something in the street. After a look into the issue, it turns out that I have excess water coming out of the heatercore overflow. It is almost like I had the AC running, but I was just using the heat. The other werid part is that it is clear water that is leaking out and the AC lines have condensation on them. Has anyone had this happen?

That's gotta be condensation water from AC. Even if it's off, you may have water in there still from other time's its been used. Also, it comes on for defog mode, and with the fog today, you likely had it on this morning.

Since your KJ doesn't need water to live, unlike its driver, don't worry about losing any. Now if it's one of them there slippery fluids, WORRY!

Everytime I run the jeep with the heat on or off I have that puddle.

On my 05 if you run the heat on the floor only setting the a/c runs. DC says this is to put dry air out to help window fogging, why on the floor heat only still bugs me :x

If you run the winsheild defroster than the A/C compresser will also run. It adds cold air to help with the cndensation or something like that.

The Air Conditioner removes humidity from the air. The de-humidifed air is then sent into the cabin to help with defrosting the windows in the colder months. Every morning (In defrost modes) I have a large puddle of water under my Jeep and from the muffler.
