| Post subject: | Water Leaking In |
So I've got some water leaking in I'm assuming from the windshiled, it's dripping down from the covers for the sun visor screws.....Noticed a small bulge in the seal at the top of the windshield, but not sure if thats the culprit  .
Anyone else have this happen? Any suggestions on a fix are greatly appriciated! Thanks!

Just a stab in the dark, Do you have a light bar? If so, was it stock? If you have one, you might be getting water from the nutzerts. |

Mine did the same thing until I had the windshield replaced. Now there are some nice stains on the seats below the screw covers. |

I had a puddle of water on my rubber floor mats, and it soaked into the carpet too, gives a pretty tastey odor after the sun came out and warmed it up!  Oh well, I called a glass shop and they said that there isn't really a seal on the Liberty's more of a glue that that hold the windshield to the pinch-weld that acts as the seal.
Wonder if i can run a bead of silicone across the whole top of the windshiled where the gap is between it and the roof line.....has anyone done this

water doesnt run uphill.. either coming from the roof rack mounts.. or top of windshild. |

You are mistaken. Water doesn't run at all! It can't, it doesn't have legs!
