So Rev ... and friends :CAMPING: what's my next step?

Driveline vibrations only under load @ 45-50 mph - that disappear when the KJ is fully loaded (rear end pushed down).

Only started after my lift, on 2 sets of tires, no change. All my drive shaft weights are in tact, new grease-able u joints installed.

It seems I can't lower the t-case without screwing up the front angles?

What options does that leave me with? :banghead:

What all did you install in the rear and how many miles so far
( extra iso's/type of shocks etc )

2 extra iso's on the drivers side, 1 on the passenger ... as far as I can tell rumbling is the same before and after the xtra iso's. OME long travel shocks... basically the Frankenlift kit with just the extra iso's. 1500 miles on the lift ... 88k on the KJ

doing the ujoints was fun and all .. but I wish it would have cured my problem :(

I don't get why so many of you get all these weird driveline vibrations after lifting.
Right after lifting our KJ and it having an honest 4.5 inches of lift and now that it has settled and sits at about 3-3.25" we have zero vibrations from the driveline...

Not understanding it either , out of all I've done here only issues with driveline vibs was due to bad rear ujoints. After they replaced them no more issues .
I've never had any with mine and I'm as high as well most

I don't know either but it's driving me nuts! It seems to be related to the angles ... because when they change (ie when I am loaded down) the vibes disappear, but it seems I can't do anything to adjust the shaft angle short of removing my lift!?!

Question would the drive shaft need balancing just because I have changed the angle it operates at? Doesn't seem logical to me.

I had to mess with my long arms a bit afetr the SFA to get vib free, okay I admit I was totally eye-balling my driveshaft angles and totally spaced out on remembering to account for rear droop at crusing speed.I just wanted my Jeep back.

I am lower than all 3 of you guys.. I just don't get it :banghead:

1. If my drive shaft was balanced before my lift .. any reason I should think it would be unbalanced now?
2. Is castration worth a try? lol ... but seriously
3. Is there any adjustment I can make that I am missing?
